Repair Services

1. Please ensure that all problems are related to us so that we can give an accurate diagnosis
2. Replacement parts used will be of higher quality parts to ensure durability.

Delivery Services

1. Collection and delivery is available at a $15 surcharge

Warranty Issues

1. All our repair workmanship will serve their intended functions.
2. Warranty does not cover physical damages and all others caused by exterior causes.
3. Warranty does not cover wear and tear parts.
4. Repair warranty will only cover the parts repaired / replaced.
5. Parts & labour will be inclusive under warranty
6. Warranty do not cover transport charges. $15 will be charged to collect and deliver.
7. Receipt will have to be provided for warranty service.
8. No Service Warranty on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday

Cancellation / Refunds

1. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
2. We do not entertain any cancellation once order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
3. We will not refund for wrong purchases made by the customer. All purchases are final.
4. Transport charges will not be refunded in any circumstances.
5. Admin fee of $25 will be charged for refund for the Products / Service.
